29 songs ready to go

I took down 5 old recordings and just uploaded a new piece called Flight Everlasting. I've got 28 more songs, so old, the majority new, to record. I'm still working out the kinks of getting an acoustic recorded sound that's in your face. The live sound has been largely solved. Now I'm trying to push the simultaneous nature of my music...drum beats, chords, hammer-ons, and vocals. I think I need to develop a multiple personality disorder to keep it all straight.

So I've got ideas for 3 CD's roaming around in my head. The first two CD's all pretty much have completed songs and I've got alot of riff ideas for the third CD. The five songs currently on the music page will be on the first CD, but I need to rerecord them. I moved into a new place with 10 foot high ceilings and an amazing natural reverb. My goal is to record in such a way as to capture the essence of the room. The 2nd CD is going to be all solo instrumental guitar pieces, with a nod to classical guitar styles, but with some heavy percussive craziness thrown in for good measure. The 3rd CD is shaping up to be more riff based with vocals, kind of a stripped down sound. And WAY in the back of my mind are some ideas for electric guitar stuff. If that happens, it's going to be very experimental, not shredding for the sake of shredding (and I can't shred worth a lick), but the exploration of sound. The music page is where I'll be placing the finished songs. Think of the twitter page as an "idea" page, or sketchpad.
